We provide a platform through which job vacancies can be posted by organisations who wish to recruit staff for flexible working vacancies they have (“Recruiters”) and through which such job vacancies can be searched against by potential (“Job Seekers”).

Only Job Seekers and Recruiters may use our Services and therefore references to “users” and “you” refer to both Job Seekers and Recruiters.

We are not introducing or supplying Job Seekers to Recruiters (or vice versa) and therefore we are not acting either as an employment agency or employment business for the purposes of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 (as amended) (“Conduct Regulations”) in providing the platform for the posting and searching of job vacancies between Recruiters and Job Seekers.

It is therefore strongly recommended to all Recruiters and Job Seekers comply with the requirements of the Conduct Regulations to ensure the suitability of Job Seekers and to ensure that there is no detriment to either the Recruiter or Job Seeker working together before any agreement is reached for the engagement of the Job Seeker by the Recruiter. Recruiters are expected to undertake such due diligence as any prudent employer would do when seeking to employ a permanent member of staff.

Where Recruiters wish to engage with Job Seekers for flexible working vacancies, it is the Recruiter’s responsibility to ensure that they have adequate and appropriate terms of engagement in place between the Recruiter and the Job Seeker. Recruiters are responsible for the direct engagement of and payment to Job Seekers for services performed by Job Seekers under a flexible working job vacancy.

Our Services made available for Job Seekers are free of charge to Job Seekers. Recruiters wishing to post job vacancies on our Website are required to agree to our Terms of Business for Recruiters in addition to these Terms of Use. Our Services to Recruiters are subject to charges described in our Terms of Business for Recruiters and Recruiters are required to agree to our Terms of Business for Recruiters in addition to these Terms of Use to be granted access to advertise job vacancies.

Variation of Terms of Use

We reserve the right to periodically update or amend these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Website after any such updates or amendments indicates your agreement to and acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
