This is a rare opportunity to join a fantastic City law firm as a part-time HR Manger working 3 days a week in a job share role.  Joining an established team you will be responsible for a full generalist role supporting a mix of fee earner and business service groups. This is a full generalist HR role including ER, Recruitment, L&D, Reward and Diversity & Inclusion.

The successful candidate will have strong generalist HR experience, a strong knowledge of employment law and be experienced in drafting and implementing HR policies and handling complex staff issues. Previous law firm experience is preferable, however, we would also be interested in speaking with candidates from the wider professional services sector.
