Are you a driven marketing professional looking for a challenging role relaunching this global law firms alumni programme?
This part time – 3 day a week position is supported by an Alumni Marketing Assistant and reports straight to two partner co-chairs of the alumni programme as well as the wider alumni steering committee.
You will be responsible for relaunching the firms Alumni programme – developing and implementing an alumni strategy designed to provide meaningful opportunities for personal and professional development, events and activities to enhance allegiance, dedication and support for the firm.
The successful candidate will:
- Build a robust alumni engagement strategy, including creation of key goals and measurements and a tactical plan which is aligned to the firm’s three-year Strategic plan.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to develop a strategy for alumni communications that supports the broader strategy.
- Lead the Alumni Programme, driving its growth and development and overseeing the planning and execution of alumni activities to enhance alumni engagement and foster long-term relationships.
- Develop and maintain cooperative and collaborative relationships across the firm to embed alumni engagement opportunities into key functions.
You will need strong marketing experience, ideally within Alumni relations. Ideally you will have a background in professional services. Events experience is also advantageous. You should have excellent communications skills as well as stakeholder management experience – ideally having worked in a partnership environment.
