Role Overview
We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join our Facilities team based in our Manchester office based on a 6 Month Fixed Term contract. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of the workplace within the Facilities Department.

You will cover a wide range of duties in overseeing and coordinating the services required for the business and workplace. The person holding this position will be the lead contact for the office and will be highly-visible on a day to day basis whereby they will be seen to be pro-actively managing the workplace and ensuring it is well maintained and efficiently run with a keen focus on service delivery.

Candidate Overview

Our ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience gained within a Facilities Department of a law firm or similar professional services environment

You will be highly customer focused with a “can do” attitude, keen eye for detail and strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels.

The hours of the role will be 35 per week, but as the team operate on a shift pattern between 8am and 6pm some flexibility will be required between these working hours.
