This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join a fast paced and growing in-house Lateral Recruitment team and contribute to the delivery of the firm’s recruitment processes.
The Recruitment Advisor will be trusted by internal stakeholders and seek to build/develop firm -wide relationships. Capable of effectively managing a portfolio of Business Operations vacancies, the successful candidate will provide advice and support to internal stakeholders in relation to candidate attraction; brief agencies regarding recruitment needs; assist pre-selection by screening CVs; facilitate the interview process and manage offers.
In addition to the above, the Recruitment Advisor will be required to conduct external searches to directly resource candidates for live vacancies. This includes:
• Preparing engaging adverts to place across a various platforms and managing the response;
• Using sourcing and searching techniques to proactively approach candidates using LinkedIn and Indeed CV Database;
• Conduct pre-screening telephone calls with selected candidates, and decide whether to progress or regret;
• Providing input on sourcing strategy, including which channels to utilise, how to find hard to source Business Operations candidates;
