We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Business Partner to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to implement and expand an exciting new initiative.
Burges Salmon Flex is the firm’s flexible resourcing solution aimed at providing a better service to our clients by engaging with candidates who are looking at working in more agile ways.
The initiative is gathering momentum and we have already developed a “pool” of talented individuals. We are keen to expand this further and promote the services both internally to stakeholders but also to our clients who are seeking innovative solutions to their resourcing challenges.
Effective stakeholder management will be key to success in this role. Working alongside the firm’s Partners and Lawyers you will develop an understanding of what the business needs and instil confidence in the adoption of flexible resourcing options. You will have the full support of the wider Resourcing team and People department as ultimately, we are all focussed on ensuring that resourcing requirements are met effectively and that we deliver the best solutions to the firm.
As well as internal stakeholder engagement, you will be an effective candidate manager. The pool’s utilisation is driven by the demands of the business and flow of work cannot be guaranteed. You will be responsible for ensuring that these talented people remain engaged with the Burges Salmon brand, even when they are not on an active assignment.
