Reward Assistant – 3 days per week
Purpose of the Role
The principal responsibility is to support the Reward Manager in the delivery of the firm’s reward/benefit activity across the firm, and the day to day administration of the benefit policies.
The principal duties are as follows:
► Deal with the day to day benefit related queries received from employees & partners across the business.
► Act as a point of contact for the HR team in handling & resolving ad-hoc benefit related queries received from their client group.
► Self-manage a number of the benefits offered (ie cycle scheme, dental scheme. AG Excellence, health screens) including processing, invoicing and regular MI being made available.
► Support the reward manager in the running & management of the firm’s benefit portal, including annual renewals and benefit improvement and changes.
► Responsibility for the submission of salary & bonus data throughout the year to the various third parties we work with for salary benchmarking purposes.
► Responsibility for supporting the HR Ops team with bespoke and annual salary bench marking exercises.
► Provide support on the various benefit related projects which are planned for 2018 aligned the strategy or annual projects.
► Develop a strong relationship with external suppliers and the HR team to ensure all parties work in collaborative way to the benefit of the firm.
► Production of support or training materials for the HR Ops team and business.
Knowledge, skills and experience required (bespoke to role)
► Strong IT skills including Excel, highly analytical with the ability to manipulate data as required,
► Highly organised with ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadline and re-prioritise as needed.
► Demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
► Previous experience of a law firm or partnership would be advantageous.
► Previous experience of managing UK and international benefits and/or benefit portals would be advantageous.
► A working knowledge of Willis Towers Watson, or similar job matching methodology, would be useful.
► Ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines and re-prioritise as needed
► Experience and confident in working with senior stakeholders of the business
